On July 29, 2002, the Internal Revenue Service granted a tax status
change from a 501(c)6 to a 501(c)3 to the Kansas Chapter of the
American Academy of Pediatrics. Below are copies of the determination
letter and the last two years of 990-EZ tax forms. The application
form is also available for review upon request. Please email
